Apricot Chutney

Use chutney in place of ketchup, mayo, salsa, mustard etc… Chutney tastes great on grilled meat.

Apricot Chutney
2 cups white vinegar
1 lb. dried chopped apricots
1 lb. seedless raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons dried onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients together and simmer 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour chutney into a 2 quart jar. Allow to cool on the counter.
