Vegetable Relish

Vegetable Relish

2 cups cooked diced beets
2 cups shredded cabbage
4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
5-6 cups vinegar

Add all ingredients except vinegar into a large bowl and mix well. Place in hot sterilized jars and seal.
